1859
The Arnaud brand is born.
First half of the 20th century
Arnaud establishes itself as one of the most important air
and sea shipping agents, representing important shippers,
especially British and American, and airway companies such as PanAm.
Mid 20th century
Arnaud takes leadership by betting on airway cargo
and becoming the first IATA agent in Portugal
and the first with an office at the airport. At that time, it also
distinguishes itself in the shipping of sea cargo to Madeira and Azores.
After 1974
Due to the introduction of container groupage services, it consolidates its leadership. Still in the 70s, in a partnership with IBM, Arnaud introduces the first computer system for management of sea shipments in Portugal.
By the end of this decade, it opens offices in the country's centre region and appoints representatives in Angola, thus beginning its internationalization process.
The 80s
Arnaud expands to Madeira, Azores, Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau, consolidating its leadership as sea and air cargo agent in the Portuguese Autonomous Regions and in Portuguese Speaking Countries.
The 90s
Arnaud diversifies and modernizes its offer: in June 1992, it launches
an innovative services package, next day delivery in Europe,
and now has one stop shopping solutions available.
Year 2006
Despite the heavy crisis that marks the beginning of this century, Arnaud knows how to react, restructuring itself to comply with the growing needs of a market that is becoming more and more demanding.

Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP.

Inauguration of Arnaud in Mozambique.

The Arnaud Group reaches a turnover in excess of € 40M.

Inauguration of Arnaud in Spain.

Inauguration of Logislink in Angola for special projects management and global logistics. Inauguration of a new terminal in Porto.
